Our 2 hour signature event; We start with a 30-40 min workout on our mats, with our own body weight...we tone our bodies, break a sweat until we leave those muscles shaking! Our workouts are very effecient and we promise you after 30 min you will be feeling stronger than you came! We follow this with a 5 min ICE Plunge in our signature LIVIN life Ice baths. This is an icredible post recovery method and so many benefits come with taking an Ice bath! You will leave empowered, proud, full of endorphins and ready to take on the world! Be ready to make some new friendships!  Feel free to have a much deserved sunset cocktail after at one of the many gorgeous restaurants in the marina.
