After the success of last season, we are excited to announce the return of ICY THURSDAYS at Lulu Beach club!


Our invigorating ice bath session is designed to awaken your senses, boost circulation, and leave you feeling recovered, destressed, happy and revitalized!

Guided preperation to ease you into the cold breath work techniques to calm and focus your mind.

Immersive Ice bath for a deep, refreshing reset. Hydrating wellness drink to nourish and restore.
